During the last 25 years Adi was involved in many projects in Israel and worldwide. His rich experience is based on wide familiarity of various production technologies in Israel, US, Europe and the Far East. Adi brought to each of these projects a wide knowledge in the field of pressure equipment, welding, nondestructive testing, quality etc. Adi's knowledge and expertise which are supported by qualification certificates constitute a winning formula in favor of the customer, in terms of services given by one professional expert who has wide knowledge and experience in many issues, without needing to use a delegation of "experts" who are specialize in one subject each. In this attitude Adi introduce the customer to a considerable reduction of supervision's cost and maximize efficiency performance.

Along with Adi's professional activities he is involved in important public activities in the Association of Engineers, Architects and graduates in Technological Science in Israel. Adi is the Chairman of National Committee of Welding in Israel and together with his colleagues works to promoting and upgrading welding in Israel, through conferences, seminars, meetings and sub-committees to promoting specific subjects. Moreover, keeping in touch with government institutions and key factors all over the world, such as AWS (American Welding Society) and IIW (International Institute for Welding) in the US and Europe respectively.
